Implantation and other signs

Is it a common thing to not have implantation bleeding also i do believe im 12 dpo ive been feeling sharp pains in pelvic and also been having very weird dreams back to back to back never had that before also off an on sore boobs and cream lotion like cm usually it would be watery type by now i know the obvious answer is to test but i just want stories from you ladys sptoms advice anything helps i have a test but just like some of you im afraid of a bfn
