Glucose test
I take my test next week and they sent the Liquid home with me. I have heard a lot of people say not to eat anything. My doctor told me to eat high protein and no carbs before I came if I wanted to eat breakfast. What has happened to you? I feel uneasy about it since everyone else says that they were told to fast. Any suggestions on what to eat if I am starving?
