Ttc with Clomid

So my dr told me to BD every other day from CD 9-19, my boyfriend is always "tired" when it's time and I'm really thinking I don't even have a chance to get pregnant anymore. I have pcos and this is my first round of Clomid, and day 3 (CD 15) with flashing smileys on the CB digital ovulation test, I am really worried I'm going to miss my surge because he is always "tired"
