Symptom?

I have had a relatively irregular ovulation cycle, but we have had intercourse every other day during my fertile week and although I haven't gotten an ovulation strip to confirm ovulation, I am almost done with my fertile week and have breast tenderness. I've heard as a pregnancy symptom it can start even within the week of conception. I usually experience this with my period, which isn't due for two weeks. Any ideas?
