Nipple pains...?

Ok so I heard about if your pregnant that you boobs hurt? What about nipples? For a week or two now I have been having these weird nipple pains that feels like needle it comes and goes tho. Hurts to wear a bra at times and sometimes hurts if I or my bf touches them. .. any advice

It can be a pregnancy symptom but many women experience this before their AF too.

Any chance you're just getting off birth control?  This happened to me the first month I got off BCP.  I couldn't even let water hit them while in the shower they were so sensitive.  Definitely wasn't a pregnancy symptom because AF came shortly after.  I hear though that it can also be a preg symptom for some.

Your boobs and nipples can hurt when you're close to your period too.
