What do you Ladies think?

Good morning. I'm 13 dpo and have been cramping steadily with itchy/ sore boobs and quite a bit of creamy discharge over the past week. Not sure if I'm imagining things or not...but I don't want to test until the 6th when AF is supposed to show.

Do you think I might be pregnant?
