Ttc about 13 months and it's not happening

I don't get it. We conceived before atleast I know we can get pregnant. This cycle I had positive opks cd13/14 and we bd'd cd 12,13 and 14. I'm currently waiting for af and with my luck I'm sure she will show. In August my egg quality and quantity were tested and everything came back fine. Idk what else to do😢 I have an appt with my doctor on the 18th but I'm upset that af will show. Could our timing just be off?
