Wondering if any ladies had lower back pain in early pregnancy. I am 10dpo and I have had terrible insomnia lately and yesterday started heart burn and lower back pain. I have no other symptoms no breast tenderness no nausea and even tho I'm not getting any sleep I'm really not tired. I took a test yesterday ik way to early and it was a clear bpn. This is our third month trying and this month we used the clear blue digital ovulation test and bd every other day through my ovulation days. This back pain is just bad. I am trying to hold onto some hope that I could be.
