Herbs???

Has anyone tried any herbal supplements when TTC? Like vitex, or maca root? Did it help? I've heard that it's natures clomid.

I've read a lot on it bought vitex and maca. My periods are irregular so it'll help with that too but I want to know if it'll help me concieve

I just recently started incorporating macs to my shakes maybe like 3 weeks ago . Can't really tell you if it works since I'm still waiting on my period . But I believe that anything can work .

fenugreek and Marjoram they raise fertility and make the period regular
