Trying to conceive age 30

I'm 30 and recently decided that I want to conceive. This is my second month now and hoping its successful. I didn't know how obsessed I would become with it. I really feel like I need to calm down. I'm getting confused about ovulation date as I've read too much and come up with different days. I've DTD around the dates and now going to relax a bit as I've definitely been overthinking it!!!!
