Implantation bleeding

Hi Ladies!!! My husband and I have been trying to conceive for about 9 months. I problems with not ovulating so this is my third month of clomid. Before clomid my cycles could be up to 60/70 days. Since I have been on clomid they have been around 32 days. Today is day 18 of cycle and I am spotting. I have not spotted like this before. It is light red. I don't have any cramps like I normally do with my period. Could this be implantation bleeding? Or is it too soon for that? How do I find out what it is?
