Could this be implantation

I am about 8 dpo and I have been having the oddest cramps (dull and sometimes feel almost like pinching) on the right side of my pelvis. I have been experiencing some spotting/brownish discharge for the past 2 days. We also bd'ed every other day with Preseed during ovulation as well. Could this be implantation!?
