I am seeing my primary Dr next week because 9 weeks ago I lost my baby at 20 weeks. I'm in counseling but it isn't helping & they think I might have postpartum depression that will require medication but my husband and I decided we also want to try again.

My worry is if they put me on antidepressants will it prevent conception or something. I do have a couple children but have never had postpartum issues before but also have never miscarried before either. I'm 39 years old and it's our dream and passion to have one more and I worry about timing too as I'm going to be 40 this year.

Please share advice or experience please!
