Trying to conceive

Hey ladies. I've been trying to conceive for over a year now, and haven't been successful. I've had a few times where my period was weeks late, or even months but blood tests and at home tests both came back negative. I would like to know some of your conceiving tips, so I'll hopefully be able to carry a bundle of joy. Thanks
