Vitamin C supplements ?
So I read a long while back in the Assisted Fertility group about government studies on Vitamin C supplements to aid in male factor infertility. Google it. It's a high dose at 1000 mg twice a day and is mainly to counteract environmental pollution. My husband works in a flour mill that is regularly fumigated and has airborne flour particles, so he has to deal with agricultural pesticide. Here are our stats so far giving it a try:
