I have pcos and I dont think I ovulate, it happens rarely

I don't have PCOS but if I understand it correctly I would not buy the Clearblue Fertility Monitors if I were you (the ones that show Estrogen surge before LH). Maybe just do the cheapies that only test for LH and/or BBT charting. Good luck!

I have PCOS and i didn't notice a problem with OPKS while I was on herbal remedies. When I'm not on them I get fake surges. That's why I use bbt to confirm ovulation.

My gyno told me to not waste time with opks he feels it's a waste of money. The opks were telling me that I was ovulating but my blood work said otherwise. I have pcos.
