Period 7 days early after classic prego symptoms

I thought for sure i was pregnant. I was 80% sure. I never have pms symptoms but this month i was super tired, my boobs were tender and i had to pee every hour.

My period had been pretty reliably on a 34 day cycle, so i wasnt expecting it till next week.

So this week i was ramping up to take a test on the weekend. I was giving it a few more days because i had some spotting yesterday... only when i wiped. Bright pink.

And then.... over night i get my period.

I've been crying all morning.

What happened!? Is it possible my vitamins (the only thing different this month) snapped my cycle into a 28 day mode instead of 34.... or is this the result of the egg not attaching properly right away so everything got washed out early.

Could my early symptoms have been previously not experienced pms symptoms and why would they change one month?

Or could i still be pregnant around my period.... i dont want to take a test. That would be a waste if its not possible.

i dont thing it is implantation bleeding. Too heavy and some clots (normal period for me)
