9 dpo - safe to take aspirin?

I'm 9 dpo today and have a headache that is making me absolutely miserable. I have a family party tonight so I can't just go home and sleep. I want to take some aspirin or aleve or something, but on the SLIM chance I might be pregnant, I'm concerned meds are a bad idea until AF shows. Thoughts??
