I believe people with less period days have worst cramps what do you think??

I don't know if its just me but from conversations with other females if your period only last for 3-4 days you have worst cramps than others

My periods last about 4 days. The first 2 days are heavy, day 3 is pretty light and by day 4 I'm just spotting. I don't cramp that bad. Not so much that it interferes with my routine and some cycles I don't cramp at all. I used to have horrible cramps and I found that wearing tampons made my cramps a lot worse. I wear a menstural cup now. Worth every penny. ??

Mine last anywhere from 3-6 days. I've always had really bad cramps. Mine get to where I'm curled up in a ball with a heating pad

Salty foods makes cramping worse! I always try and avoid those foods around and during my period so I rarely have killer cramps anymore!

I feel your pain , I use to have it really bad ... My cycle last 3 days and those 3 days was a straight nightmare ! I had severe cramps where I have fainted, and vomited everytime I ate food ... I went to my family doctor and was diagnose with "dysmenorrhea" and I was prescribe Vicodin and 800 ibuprofen to aid my pain ... But after my 1st child ... I have been bless with little pain and my days went from 3 to 5 ... Strange I say but hey your body can be interesting ... Hope this helps :)
