Those who are having trouble conceiving.
Hi everyone. So recently I have posted my wife was 7 days late, which NEVER happens, and today she had her period. We think her progesterone levels are too low for implantation. In the past, her periods would always be regular, and we would say what are we doing wrong? January, we found out she had a tilted uterus, so that explained a lot why we were having trouble. So knowing this, we did things differently. I have been working out and taking supplements to increase my sperm and quality, we both have changed our diets, and she lost weight. There is a point to this story, bad news is, we didn't get pregnant, good news is we now know what to do to greatly increase our chances. She is starting clomid in 4 days and is taking an extra supplement to increase her progesterone and will have labs done during her fertile window. Now here is the point of my story. Those who are stressing, struggling to get pregnant, get checked out. I can say with full confidence that if there is something preventing you from conceiving, find out what it is, fix it, and try again. Clomid worked for my wife in the past, and it seems we need to use it again to conceive. No shame in that. Men, if you have insurance, get a sperm analysis done. Bringing a life in this world should be joyful, not stressful. I hope I was able to help those struggling. Have a good one.
