flu two times

I feel like shit . I have had the flu two times since i been pregnant and it lasted about a week . and right now is my second time . My body feels so weak , i wanna throw up 24/7 , i got bad migrains that are killing me . part of me feels like i wont be able to make it the full 9 months . This baby is making me so sick too . 😞😞 Please no harsh judegments , i literally wanna cry i am so sick and i feel so bad 🤒🤒  any advice .
