When to test?

I am 11 days dpo and I took a blood test today and the results were inconclusive and a urine test that came back negative. Is it too soon? I'm on day 30 of my regular 26 day cycles. Last month my doctor told me that I had a chemical pregnancy. I got a positive test and a week later AF showed up. I was experiencing all of the pregnancy symptoms which is why she said it was prob a chemical pregnancy. This is my 2nd month using Clomid and I can't use it anymore after this month. She said I will probably have to get an IUI. Last month I ended up being close to 35-40 days. Do you think that messed up my cycle this month? My doctor didn't say anything about it.
