Cramping...

I.had 4 days cramping in my due date but it never came then today its fifth day and i had started bleeding first it was pink then it became red.and usually i have too much pain that i cant stand in 1 day of periods but today i am not feeling thay much pain only light cramps.. and today it was light bleedimg usually i fill 3 -4 pads but today only 1

Could i be pregnant?? My boobs are being larger
