Crying spells

Are anyone else's babies not content alot of the time? My 6 week old is only content when she's eating or sleeping. Other than tht she's crying. There will be some times that she'll let me hold her & not cry for maybe an hour but those are occasional. She has acid reflux & is on medicine for it so it's not that. I love her with all my heart but it's like I can't get anything done because she's always crying & I feel bad because there's nothing I can do
