Itchy nipples!

Im 24 weeks and the last couple of weeks my nipples have been super itchy. Not my boobs, my nipples. Especially my left one. They're not dry or anything and ive tried dofferent lotions and even coconut oil and nothing seems to be helping. Its so awkward in public when my nipples start getting really itchy. Is anyone else having issues with this?
