Maternity shoot

So I was thinking about having my maternity shoot at the end of March. My major problem is that I live in Maine and it's still going to be cold and snowy here. And not the cute white fluffy snow, like the freezing winter blistery ice kind of winter. But if I wait until April then it will be all muddy and gross out. So I need some ideas! I really wanted an outdoor shoot but can't think of a way to make it work. I'm not opposed to an indoor shoot but can't think if anywhere that I would want to do it. Anybody else having the same issue and what are you doing about it?
