Questions i need help to answer

I have always gone to the er or doctors with worries about my past 2 pregnancy but I never have time to go and don't want to be a worry wort but I got some stuff going on I need answers. TMI coming BTW just a heads up............... Soo this hole pregnancy I haven't been able to wear underwear just to uncomfortable for me and I started to get these what seam like little skin taggs around my vag where the hair grows and they are driving me nuts wtf are these things and should I worry??? And the other thing is I'm 27 weeks and 4 days and she has dropped a lot to we're I pee every hour but every time I pee I feel like I have to poop some times I do some times I don't. I don't get it but its been the last 3 days like this and I mean like every hr maybe hr and a half any one else know what's wrong??
