Name for a boy ?

I love the name Peyton for a boy !
Don't know what I'm having yet. It was originally going to be Luke but another friend of mine is pregnant and decided this name also. So there goes that! Does Peyton sound more for a girl or boy ?

I like it for a boy. I think it's more "trendy" sounding for a girl, although I do have a female coworker named Peyton, who is 20 years old.

I also like the name Luke. Have you completely ruled that out? If I had my heart set on a name, I definitely wouldn't find a new one just b/c someone else I know likes the same name!

I think of Peyton as male, Payton as female. It's now a unisex name.

I think Peyton is for a boy, and Payton is for a girl. I used to babysit a little boy names Peyton Gage, he is about 3 now.
