Thighs

Can someone please tell me how I can get slim looking legs without loosing my muscles.. I find it hard when your only 5'4 because you're not tall so your thighs are shorter and in this case for me look abit thicker them is like to have them.
Any workouts that can slim my inner/outer thighs or like strech my muscles or even workouts for a thigh gap because my outer thigh seems ok it's just my inner thigh that needs work done.  Please and thank you
