Gestational diabetes test question

I'm 33 weeks and went in to my new ob on Friday and had the one hour glucose drink test,  when the time was up they said I failed and I heard the nurse say the result was 157. They rescheduled me for another 3-4 hour test on Wednesday. Should I be worried? I've tried my best to stay healthy and avoid this. Also many women in my family have had gestational diabetes during pregnancy so can that effect me?
