I thought I was just experiencing way more back pain this pregnancy...mainly in my lower back but then my left leg (they say it usually happens on just one side) became slightly numb and tingly for several hours (at least 2) I did some research and Im definitely contributing these symptoms to sciatica. Im 22+2

Keeping pressure off that side but it doesnt sound like there is much you can do to relieve sciatica during pregnancy...

Any mamas out there have any suggestions?
