What does it mean if you CM is watery?

Is it because i just ovulated or is it that im near ovulation?

It is fertile CM. EWCM is extremely fertile. I never had EWCM, I've always had watery and I've gotten pregnant 2 times, once with my daughter who is now 3 and I'm currently 4 weeks.
