I have been feeling really overweight lately. bloating and its been really bothering me

You are definitely not fat but could be skinner. Good for you for waiting to be responsible for your health. Id suggest a little more exercise... Maybe watch what you eat try replacing unhealthy snacks with fruits ect.

Gluten, dairy and processed foods often cause bloating. Try to observe your diet and symptoms by eliminating one of these for one week (one at a time) and see how you react when you consume it again. I got rid of my bloating, fatigue and other vague symptoms by going 85% paleo.  Simply clean eating.??

I get like that sometimes, but I try to keep a regular light work out routine. Even taking a walk a few days a week will help you feel better about yourself! Keeping healthy will make you happy and happy makes you beautiful! People will notice the glow!!! :)))
