Vaginal hygeine
So it's kinda hard to find appropriate diets and stuff for vaginal hygeine. Does eating yogurt really help with decreasig yeast? About scents, I know not to use scented soaps and stuff. I notice I have MAJOR reactions to specific laundry detergents! I can't use downy. Whats the best way to wash your undies!? Does anyone else have this problem!?
