Am I pregnant?

Please help! I took this test late morning and the line was so faint but then I took 2 more one in the late afternoon and one this morning but both were negative. I am getting all the symptoms but can't tell if that first test is s positive or not, this is my first time conceiving, am I pregnant?

I would say possibly. Wait like 2 more days and take another one in the morning.
