FTM, I'm having pulsing pain in my back, cramps in my upper thighs,and lower abdomen. Feel like I need to poop but I'm constipated. Its happening inconsistent but I can barely stand when they hit.

How many weeks along are you? I just came in like that on Friday at 3:20ish. Baby was here at 6:04 via c-section. I'd get looked at just to be on the safe side, these are all signs of labor. Good luck to you!!

I'm in the same boat except cramps in thighs. I'm 35&2 but measuring 39 weeks. Praying that I just go into labor soon, there's no way I can make it to March! I go to the doctor next Monday so we'll see.

Thank you guys, idk yesterday I felt so sick I slept most of the day and this started at work, now its just sciatic pain and the occasional lower cramp, I'm still going to call my Dr after work though. I think it's just braxton Hicks

Typically braxton hicks are inconsistent and often stop after changing positions, drinking lots of water, etc. With labor, the contractions are consistent, get worse, and nothing you do makes them go away.
