Confused

I had my period January 20-24 and I'm pretty sure I ovulated the week after. According to glow my fertile week was this past week until tomorrow. I haven't had CM at all until I went to the bathroom last night and wiped and there it was. I was so confused. I used the restroom again this morning and there was CM again. Any idea what could be going on? I've had a cold for the past 2 weeks, pelvic pain, light cramping for a day and every now and then I would feel like I was getting dizzy.
