What to pack Labor bag?

I am seriously overwhelmed with this topic! My mom has been getting on me to pack one as I am almost at the finish line. I've seen so many suggestions on what to bring......  Can please someone give me advice on this?

Breast pads
Shower gel
Tooth brush and paste
Deodorant 
Pjs
Slippers
Underwear
Change of clothes
Important documents (insurance, birth plan etc)
Phone charger
Snacks
Money

I packed mine at 37 weeks (probably should have done it sooner just in case) I packed:
For me:
Pads
Granny panties
Change of clothes for leaving
Shampoo/conditioner
Hair ties, bobby pins etc 
Phone charger
House coat
Nursing pillow
Slippers (highly suggest this)

For baby:
2 changes of clothes
Sleeper
Socks/hats
Wipes 
The hospital supplied diapers
Bum cream
Blanket

For dad:
Change of clothes
Laptop

Other things you might want to bring:
I've heard lots of women bringing ice packs
Formula and bottles if your going to formula feed
Pacifiers of your going to use
Breast pump

So I am a germaphob and I had forgotten to pack flip flops for the shower, I know hospitals are supposed to be clean but I couldn't bring myself to take one without something on my feet lol

My hospital provided most of what I needed. Here's what I took:
Laptop + DVD/music playlist
Snacks for husband
Extra hair ties/headband
Nursing bra
Pjs with button up top
Leggings + top for going home
Toiletries! (Toothbrush/paste, shower gel, shampoo, etc.... That first shower is amazing)
A large towel (I got one at target in case it got yucky, hospital towels are tiny)
Boppy/nursing pillow
iPhone
Chargers
Change of clothe for husband
3 outfits for baby (for pictures/going home)
Swaddle for pictures

The hospital had everything else... Water, food for me, pillows, non slip socks, onsies and swaddles, breastfeeding pump and supplies, etc.

Pack a small bag for labor with entertainment and snacks for hubby. He can go get the bigger bag once you're in your room after delivery.

I would check your hospitals website. Where I delivered they had a printable list of things to bring for mom and baby. I'm glad I checked because my hospital provided almost nothing. It even said to bring diapers and pads. They ended up providing those two things but my nurse told me they had trialed not providing them and that's why they were on the list. But they didn't provide baby wipes or any hygiene products for me expect for one little bar of soap. I would check the website and if they don't have a list just pack everything you use on a daily bases. Just incase.
