Chunky because of how milk is digested. Yellowish because it's probably mixed with a little mucus draining from the nose and down the back of the throat.

I agree with PP, my kids were big on spit up. Just be sure to constantly monitor since its thick you don't want him:her to aspirate if they spit up while sleeping.
