Fitness during pregnancy
I have been seeing lots and lots of posts questioning what's safe in the gym during pregnancy on here. I know they are a few other women that are also Personal Trainers like myself and I wanted to give everyone an opportunity to ask their questions and get their answers. I have been a PT/Nutritionist for almost 5 years. My focus is with women of all life stages and rehabilitative/corrective exercise. So for all of you who have questions or don't know what you can and can't do ASK AWAY! That being said please say any conditions or special considerations you may have when asking your questions, even the little things you may think don't have an effect usually do.
