I used all my hpt and I was waiting for my blood test results so I was feeling anxious, I took a opk stick I had left over and it was super positive. I've heard hcg will be picked up on opk as LH surge.. My level was 247 (hcg)

I'm confused by the question. A positive LH surge indicates you are about to ovulate. This is when fertilization would occur. 2 weeks later implantation can occur which indicates pregnancy. If it doesn't your period would come.
