White discharge???

So I just got my first me natural cup and I figured I should try it out and see if can figure out how to insert it. I did, and when I took it out it has white discharge at the top inside??? My next period is in 8 days if that means anything?

It's not uncommon to have discharge that is white or clear or slightly yellow. Your vagina naturally cleans and lubricates itself and this is just something that happens from time to time. Most of the time you don't notice it because you usually wipe it away when you go to the bathroom or change underwear. If this discharge becomes chunky, starts to smell foul, or if you notice burning of itching downstairs, it's time to see a doctor. Otherwise, don't worry about a little discharge.
