Does everyone at your work think they are a doctor? Your bump is just fine! You might be smaller than they were at this stage, but we are all different. I guess you should feel flattered, but it almost seems rude of them to say something that could cause you stress.

I am Barely getting one now at 22 weeks. It's my first and some people show sooner or later. I think you look great! As long as you and baby are healthy that's all that matters:)
