Took it without hesitation. Whooping cough vaccine during that time is to protect your baby so that it's in their system and protecting them when they're born. Will do baby no good if you take it after pregnancy.

Yes I did. It increases your unborn child's immunity towards whooping cough. You have these women talking about the risks (ridiculously low and uncommon risks) associated with vaccines as reasons to not get the vaccine, but what they are ignoring is the risks associated with not getting the vaccines. As parents our job is to protect our children, so why put them in danger by not getting vaccines? And that's any type of vaccines, not just whooping cough. Diseases aren't common in society now bc of vaccines. Not yet, but I did last time and made sure that all the family had a booster too. there was alot of whooping cough in NZ when I had my last baby and babies were dying from not having any protection. it couldn't live with myself if my baby died and I didn't get a shot to protect him/her from whooping cough.

Nope I'm not getting any vaccines during my pregnancy. I'll look into getting the flu shot and whooping cough AFTER my son is born. 🙏 Im not against vaccines, I just read the risks and am not comfortable.

Yes, I got the TDAP shot at my 32w appt. I didn't have any pain afterwards.

Please do your research as there is not much data on exposing fetus to the shot. Make sure u don't have any milk allergies as well and hopefully the baby does not have any allergies. I am not against vacinnes. Please just research. 🙏🏻
