Sore throat? What can I take?

Hey ladies what can I take for a sore throat while pregnant? My throat is raw and it hurts so bad. Even to talk.

Just got over this. Hot water with lemon and honey. Lemon will help cleanse your throat and honey will coat it. Also suck on hard candies.

Salt water. Gargle it till the pain goes away. I had a severe sore throat for 24 hours, couldn't talk or swallow my spit, was going to go to the ER it was that bad. Salt water relieved a lot of the pain. Had to do it every hour though.

I just went through this and boiled water, mixed 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, and some lemon juice and it worked wonders!!! Mix it all and drink warm!

I've been drinking tea with honey, and it's helped SOOOOO much :) and it's yummy lol

Are you in the uk? If so go to boots, I recently had a really sore throat and I went to boots and I got a lovely cough syrup suitable for pregnant woman :)
