After 1st visit

Feeling very depressed had my first appointment to confirm our pregnancy and in the mail I received a write up of the visit. My doctor states I'm morbidly obese and I refuse to terminate my pregnancy. Now I know my weight hasn't been the greatest but who puts that in writing and sends it to their patient. Do I find a new dr or stick it out because she's been my doctor for years?
