3 days late.

I am 3 days late and this NEVER happens. I have been having really light pink only when I wipe for the past few days also. I started cramping today. tmi- I finally stuck my fingers up there and it was a mucus with a little blood. I wiped and it was a bright red. Got in the shower and now I'm back to nothing. Would that be my period or could it be implantation bleeding? took a test this morning and said negative. Help!
