Is this a miscarriage or clot?

I have pcos and wierd things sometimes happen. But I had this show up the day after my period was suppose to start and I had forgotten to take a couple of my birth control pills prior to this. I bleed for almost 2 weeks after this as well. I was too embarrassed to ask my doctor. Any opinions.
