Hey ladies sorry this is not a birth story.. I am 16 weeks now and this is my 3 pregnancy 1 child.. I have always heard with my elders that they did not scream throughout their labor just cry without screaming.. I am not sure how they would able to do that .. how can anyone bare such a horrible pain without screaming and crying loudly.

I scream and cry even with AF pain.. so I donot think i will able to do delivery without screaming or throwing everything on every one's face, yet i want to be calm during that time please can any one share something that how to make your self calm during that time or some positive story or way to pass through that time.
