UTI treatment?

Is there anyway to treat a UTI without going to the doctor? I don't have insurance or money at the time:/ but I really think I have one

They say cranberry juice helps but rly the best and fastest way is with antibiotics.

Do not listen to what this app say I had one for a week nd everything I listened to failed nd the infection has spread go to the local health care center or planned parenthood you might be able to get something for free 😭 I'm going to the doctor today I can't even walk right anymore if you don't get antibiotics it will spread to your kidneys

Heapssss of water to flush out the bad stuff. my doctor said everyone should be drinking about 2L everyday. There's also cranberry juice people have said that helps. 
Antibiotics will have you feeling better in a couple days though

And other tips for prevention once you get better: 
Pee after sex, when you need to go you gotta go ASAP don't hold it in for long periods at a time, wipe front to back, and again drink plenty of water
